Pipeline groups
- Bundle related pipelines into one named group that is managed and runs together.
- Base + member pipelines — reuse shared logic in base pipelines and combine them with member pipelines in a group; a pipeline can belong to multiple groups
- Resolved execution order — see exactly how data flows across all member pipelines and stages via the composition matrix and a view-only preview modal
- Protected shared logic — base pipeline processors are read-only inside member pipelines
- Group context while editing — a member pipeline shows its group membership and any group-disabled stages
- Guided management — details view, setup with member-pipeline selection, context menu, and pipeline group context in the pipeline details view

- DQL performance validation now re-runs on matching-condition changes and skips disabled processors
