Breaking change: `IB-PLATFORMONE-MIB` upgraded to `v202502230000Z`

What happended

In the v202502230000Z release of IB-PLATFORMONE-MIB, Infoblox introduced a change to their node service name mapping. Based on customer feedback, this changes coincides with NIOS release 9.0.6. v4.0.0 of the extension now packages this version of IB-PLATFORMONE-MIB. As a result nodes service names will be remapped in the extension.

Customer Impact

Node services that are enumerated above 13 will be remapped. Previously, the memory service was identified as memory(14). With this change, it will now be identified as memory(13).

For customer running NIOS 9.0.6+ this change will correct mislabeled node services. Customers running NIOS <9.0.6 will see some node services mislabelled. It is recommened to either upgrade NIOS to 9.0.6+ or refrain from upgrading to v4.0.0 of the extension. v3.1.0 of the extension is identitical to this version except for the updated MIB file.

This version requires a minimum Dynatrace version of 1.338.0 and minimum EEC version of 1.333.0
This version includes a breaking change for Dynatrace on Grail.
- With the inclusion of OpenPipeline processing rules, any metrics ingested from the extension will be processed by a dedicated OpenPipeline pipeline.
- This means that classic rules will no longer be used on metrics ingested from the extension. Please be sure to migrate any you still need to OpenPipeline rules.
- Additionally, some field names are handled differently in OpenPipeline, e.g. capitalization. Please double-check any custom dashboards and alerts you have created for this extension.
- You must opt-in to OpenPipeline configuration via Settings API – see the documentation.

⚠️ Note: This version moves existing DNS network latency metrics to a new feature set called, DNS Latency (5 min averages). To continue monitoring with these metrics, this new feature set must be enabled. After upgrading the extension, edit monitoring configurations and enable DNS Latency (5 min averages) or the new DNS Latency (1 min averages) feature set to continue DNS latency monitoring.

What's new

New DNS network latency metrics (1 minute average) feature set, DNS Latency (1 min average). These 1-minute average metrics are now the recommended DNS latency metrics. Customers can select one or both feature sets for DNS latency monitoring.
