The ID calculation for both the OTel Host and OTel process now takes into consideration the host.name property, since cloned hosts might hold the same host.id.
This means that every OTel Host and OTel Process entity will be re-created with a new ID and historical data will be detached from the new entities.

This extension is now using all rich visualization features of Grail within Infrastructure & Operations App.

This version requires a minimum Dynatrace version of 1.339.0.

Smartscape on Grail. The extension can now create smartscape nodes for the OTEL_HOST and OTEL_PROCESS entities, as well as the smartscape edge for their runs_on relationship. For these to work, you need to do the following:
- Opt-in to OpenPipeline configuration via Settings API – see the documentation.
- Follow the instructions on the official documentation page to create the necessary dynamic routes.

Modified OTel Host screens to show Paging Usage by state, Paging Operations by type and Inode Usage as a percentage.

Fixed a bug where OTel processes and OTel hosts were not being attached correctly to spans.
- Spans now require the field telemetry.sdk.name to be available with one of the following values: opentelemetry, odin, otel.
Fixed Host Uptime and CPU saturation alert templates.
